This is a very important part of leaving a rental home. It is a requirement that a receipt be presented for carpet cleaning done by a Professional carpet cleaner before your bond can be refunded.

Remember, these guys are usually busy and need to have jobs booked ahead of time. It is very wise to book your carpet cleaning at the time you give your notice to be done the day that you plan to leave the home. 

First National Dalby recommends the use of Town & Country Cleaning Service. We do this because we know that the job will be done in accordance the Australian Standard AS3733.
If any problems are found by our Property Managers then Gary will return to the job and if the stain or whatever can be removed within the scope the normal normal carpet cleaning then it will be done at no extra cost to you. However should the problem be beyond the ability of cleaning you may have to pay extra or even replace/repair the carpet.
